Music should be fun, because when learning is enjoyable, progress comes faster and easier. In a mindful, motivating, and welcoming environment, you will learn the songs you love right from the start. Lessons are tailored to your personal musical goals. Whether you are a beginner, an advanced player, or returning to music after a break, we offer the right program for all age groups.

MARVIN SCHABER
DRUMS
Marvin Schaber is the founder and owner of GROOVE WERK.
He has been teaching privately and at various music schools for 7 years. He has been playing the drums since the age of 5.
He deepened his musical education studying under renowned instructors including Thomas “Lui” Ludwig (Mannheim, Popakademie) and Dave Elitch (Los Angeles; Miley Cyrus, The 1975, etc.), and attended numerous masterclasses with artists such as Claus Hessler, Jost Nickel, Thomas Lang, and Anika Nilles.
In addition, he earned his degree in Cultural and Media Education with a focus on Music and Digital Media from the Ludwigsburg University of Education.
As an experienced musician, he tours internationally and works as a studio drummer across various genres. His projects include NEEVE (Indie Pop/Rock), Pale Heart (Rock), and the Lumberjack BigBand, among others.
“Passing on joy and knowledge to the next generation is one of the most important aspects of being a musician for me. My top priority is learning and rediscovering the instrument together with students, helping them see it as a meaningful part of their lives. Lessons are always tailored to the needs and goals of the individual—whether you’re playing to pass the time, as a hobby, or on a semi-professional or professional level.
Making music means playing together, discovering songs, pursuing interests, and, above all, having fun.”
